Flattering and very comfortable shoe!
I saw these on some women and thought the looked amazing, especially for a comfort shoe. Very very flattering. So I pulled up my Amazon app and ordered a pair (love when tech makes things happen!). These shoes are wonderful! The footbed and straps feel like butter; they are so soft and flexible. They can be adjusted to fit wider or taller feet, but the default fit my feet perfectly. The have that toe support thing, but it's not too intrusive... kinda helps. The arch support is weird though, more like a lump in the center. If you have flat feet these might bother you a great deal. I have high arches and I feel them, but they don't bother me.They make your feet look so slim too! Very short heel, more stylish then height enhancing. The solid color really makes these fashion forward compared to other comfort shoes.I could see these used for EU vacations, casual business, weekend walks, etc.They are suede, so if you buy a light color I'd waterproof them so that they don't stain. Yes, that will make them darker, but otherwise they may absorb other colors (spills, etc.). The denim is a really nice medium blue, like a slightly faded jean.

Stylish, Comfortable Sandal
A friend of mine was wearing a La Plume Jen sandal...different color but same style. I wear a size 8 (38) and so does she so I tried them on and they were amazingly comfortable. She pulled 14 pairs of La Plume sandals from her closet...so I guess she's a real fan! Well, I am too. The Gunmetal color is great because it goes with everything and, because it has a little "sparkle" in the material, it makes it a little dressy (kinda!). I intend to wear them with shorts and jeans. The shoes didn't need breaking in...comfortable from Day 1. The leather is very soft and doesn't cut into the side of your foot. The sole has a few "bumps" that fit in your arch and under your toes making them very comfortable and providing a little support for a sandal. I'm loving them and will purchase this shoe in other colors...I'd definitely recommend them to a friend!

Comfortable, great for healthy feet
I have a older pair of these in red. The sueded style seems more comfortable than the more natural or patent leather type beige style I bought earlier this year, that was a bit sticky in the footbed. These are stylish, light and fit like a dream. They are healthy as well as new foot problems that had started to crop up have vanished, due to, I believe, the great arch support and contoured footbed. Highly recommend!

Start to collect La Plume
Jen is my 2nd La Plume sandals. I'm happy with all of them in terms of quality and comfort. This sandals made for walking indeed. La Plume is definitely lighter than FlyFlot. My only concern is the sizing, Jen bit smaller in width and length than my 1st one, Jade (bone combo color). Jade in 36 seems like 37. Different model seems different fit in La Plume. Hopefully Jen will stretching after awhile as they said it is made from leather. I really recommend this if you want comfort, light and good quality of walking sandals. I had a pair of these sandals for years. They started to look really bad. I decided to look for another pair and I found them here. They fit my narrow foot perfectly and the arch support feels good. It has a firm foot bed. I got them just before winter so I haven't had a chance to wear them out walking. The old pair was great and they lasted a long time, so I expect the same from this pair.
