The best performance oriented slipper
Order #4 for the cobra. I have 2 old pair with a total of 5 resoles on them. If you are looking for the best true performance slipper you need the cobra. This has the best toe box period. The asymmetrical design allows you to place your toe into tiny pockets or stand on tiny features. they have enough downturn to keep your feet anchored in roof sections. Just a simple shoe that has it where it counts. I have a wide foot and narrow heel, they fit great. If you have morton's toe I would not purchase since the profile is very asymmetrical. Remember that these are unlined leather and elastic, takes a few sessions for them get dialed.Me 9.5 USCobra 40.5Moc 8.5

one of the best for over 20 years
one of the best bouldering shoes for over 20 years. Excellent also for slabs in sport and not-too-long multi-pitch. Not the best for toe- and heel hooks though. And not for cracks.Go 2 to 3.5 European sizes below urban shoe size. I took 40 for 43 (27cm foot length). It was tight at the beginning but leather without lining stretches a lot.

Be careful with the sizing!!!
I gave 4 stars because I know These are high quality and technical shoes, but the sizing is really tricky with The Cobras. I read a pair of reviews that said you have to go 3 or 2.5 sizes down with the Cobras because these are slip ons and use to stretch a lot, so I bougth a pair of 39 EU or 6.5 US Cobras and it wasnt imposible to wear, my feet dont even get inside of the shoe and I dont think it would fit in ever! I am 10 or 9.5 US in street shoes and 41 EU in La Sportiva Miuras men. I dont suggest buying these shoes without trying them before.

it's a warm up shoe after 6 months of use
Ferraris, but size 2-3 sizes down from your street shoe!6 month edit: dropped a star because of a rubber delimitation issue at the nose of both shoes that will result in needing a resole much sooner than necessary for the rest of the shoe. Dropped another star due to the fact that it doesn't stop stretching out until it's a bit floppy on your foot. Started out skin tight and impeccable, able to feel all the nuances in the holds I was using; now it is my beater shoe for warming up in and heel hooks are a no go. Would prefer to have bought the python for the velcro strap. Seems LS agreed as they discon'd these and kept the python. I wear size 12 in Vans Classics, 11.5 in Merrell running shoes, 10.5 in Anasazi Tans, 42 in Miuras.
