These shoes run at least half size to small

I ordered this shoe and when I received the box it was shipped from England but didn't think twice about it. As I put my foot I thought this can't be a 10, bcz 10's always run a bit bigger and that is what I prefer. I looked at the shoe and realized it was a 10. Then when I tried to get ahold of the company that shipped the shoes from England I had a difficult time getting ahold of these people. I then called the US distributor and when I told him they were shipped from England he said they were suppose to cancel your order because this violates the US distributor rights. So now I am stuck with these shoes that do not fit, the English company is very difficult and the US wouldn't even help me and the actual company is in Italy. Lol, unbelievable!
