Love these!!!

Solid trail running sneaker. Comfortable, and my feet feel secure when running in them. I bought a half size up, and they fit great.I've bought trail sneakers and they were so narrow that they lead my ankles to roll when traversing over rocks and things. I wouldn't say the shoe is wide, but the sole is wide and spread out in the edges to provide solid sturdy landings when running.Overall landing on jagged rocks feels great, and there's a bit of a steel or hard toe in front to prevent jamming toes on rocks.Solid sneaker, definitely recommend. 5 stars

Tight toes

The toe box is just too tight compared to the heel. You have to wasn’t very tight (squished?) toes to get the shoe to fight correctly. I see the appeal of this, it means your toes will plant the shoe exactly where you want, even if you have small toes, but for my average toes it just wasn’t comfortable. Except for the toe box it’s an awesome shoe. I tried both the III and II and they were essentially the same.

Order one size up... Maybe 1.5 up

Nice shoe. I wear a 10 in almost every running shoe. La Sportiva's 11 (44.5 EUR) is almost exactly the same size as a 10 Asics. In fact, it is just a hair shorter and narrower than my size 10 Asics Kayanos. The picture that shows the insole of the Bushido 2 placed on top of the Asics insole demonstrates this well. If you are between sizes, you might consider ordering 1.5 up. If you have a wide foot, this shoe might not be for you. As a reference, I had a guy at fleet feet measure my foot and he said it was a size 10 medium.

Double check sizes

Love these shoes. Had to return because sizes tend to be small. Will reorder next size up.

great shoe, nice traction, comfortable, sizing is way off

too big, too small. getting the right size is a crap shoot with this style. i returned one pair that was to small (a half size bigger than my standard size). so i went up another full size which is now about a half size too big. assuming this is typical for this particular shoe, i recommend you go one full size up from your standard shoe size.
