Totally waterproof and ridiculously comfortable
Ridiculously comfortable right out of the box. Wore it for a week prior to a week long hike and honestly probably didn't need that "break in" period. Cushy and soft, while simultaneously providing excellent support. This is absolutely waterproof and I hiked around rainy and water soaked paths along the Scottish countryside for a week with no problem. Lacing system is fantastic and easy, and the laces stay tied tight. I wasn't sure how the suede was going to look after being constantly exposed to moisture, but it looks no worse for wear.
