Great boot, not quite true to size

The boots are great in quality and have belt loop straps to keep them up and keeps feet warm. The only issue that it isn't quite true to size, they can be too big. (Dad's shoe size was 10, had to reorder for a 9) but even if you have to return the seller is very fast with issuing a return and shipping another size.

I liked the upper hight of boots, and they do provide protection from the cold weather. What I didn't like is there is rubbing and tightness from the instep area, and after walking around 4 hours inside bottom padding doesn't provide enough comfort

These fit the little guy on our water department just right. We hope he never has to wear them! He wanted them to fit just like his shoe size. Not a good idea when the mud from a water main breaks sucks your feet and leg and you have to get out quick. Buy a little larger boot for quick release, take it from someone that knows!Other than that the boots are good looking and should late for years.

Based on other reviews, I purchased the boots in a size 10 instead of my standard 10 1/2 and, with boot socks, they fit just fine. I have yet to put them to "work," so I cannot comment...yet..about comfort and arch support over an extended period; however, given the fit, I would expect them to function very well in those categories.
