Nice "Sneakers"!
The look of these shoes is what attracted me to them but then I saw they were designed specifically for skate boarding. I didn’t know that sport needed a special design, what feature could there be that is better for skate boarding that is lacking in other shoes? The only thing that comes to mind is a good grip on the soles so the boarder can get better traction, but a lot of shoes are designed like that.I read further and learned that these shoes are,“ ideal for long skating sessions or casual outings.” Good, I’m all about casual outings.These shoes look and fell pretty much like any sneakers or tennis shoes, whatever you like to call them, depending on when and where you were raided. Of course I like anything made with leather, I’m a big fan of cows, they taste really good and their skin is tough!The construction is top quality but the best thing I like about them are the laces. I’m disappointed with 99% of all shoes I get that have laces. It seems all of those manufacturers think it is better to have super long laces, I am constantly stepping on them and my laces come undone. Why do they do this? Don’t know. However, Lakai got it right and made the laces just long enough to tie them without the ends hanging over the shoe and dragging on the ground.The price for these sneakers, oh, OK, skate boarding shoes, is a little on the high side compared to similar shoes that are made with man made materials. Because these shoes are made from cow made materials I think the price is just about right. They are comfortable, they look great and I know if I see a skateboard laying around somewhere I can jump onto the thing and become a genuine “shredder”.

This is a nice pair of shoes. The quality of the shoe is good and seems like it will last. The shoe fits true to size and is comfortable. The only issue we had is the laces are too short to actually tie well. We bought longer laces and replaced the short ones and they’re great now

Lakaii or Die!!!! These classic skate shoes are the best and a classic style! They are so durable, comfortable, and fit true to size. My foot is wide and I have no discomfort wearing these.
