Very nice, feels nice and supple out of the box. Insole is not removed. I returned because it has a good amount of boot show, and that wasn’t the look I was going for, but the quality is pretty nice

Not quite a perfect fit but will do, don't want them to be tight either. May need to wear thicker socks with them.
