Size fit just right, comfortable to wear and walk, but squeak on smooth floor
This pair of walking shoes fit just right. It is comfortable to wear and walk around. While the undersole’s rubber material and patterns make it resistant to slip, it also tends to make squeaky sound when walking on smooth tile or marble floors and that can be an annoyance in places like libraries.P.s. THESE ARE NOT SLIP ON SNEAKERS, THESE HAVE A HARD, STIFF HEEL
They didn’t offer these in a size 12.5 so I went up to a size 13 because I needed a pair of black nonslip work shoes. I was very disappointed to find these are not true slip on sneakers. This was the main reason I ordered this pair🙃 If there wasn’t a need to wear them right away I would have sent them back👎To be able to slip into these they needed to be tied super loosely at the top. The laces are cheap, standard ones, not the stretchy type that come on true slip on sneaker shoes. The heel is really hard and stiff and rubbed against my heel and left it red and sore. The cushioning for the sole of the foot is average, to be comfortable for a long day on my feet I would want to put inserts in. This will actually be beneficial to making them fit better but increases the overall cost of these much higher. This puts them out of the price range I would pay for this quality of sneaker.The toe is also another spot that is somewhat hard which offers protection but also makes it uncomfortable from the inside. I agree with another reviewer that the clear “air cushion “ underneath the heel area provides no cushion or spring, it probably makes the sneaker less comfortable.As far as prevention from slipping, the raised rectangular pads around the outer edges won’t provide that on wet, muddy slick surfaces. They’re smooth the way they get when you’ve worn the shoe for a long time.If I’d ha time to return these and try out another pair I would have done so. I’m not happy with this pair of shoes. I think they have been described incorrectly. I do not recommend them for purchase👎👎

Did not hold up to rigorous use
These are (were) comfortable work sneakers for about a month. The sizing is correct and they looked good. Stability is good but slip resistance was only fair. The biggest complaint is due to the lack of protection towards the front of the shoe, the top layer of fabric has worn away above the toes over a one month period. Still comfortable to wear but now can only use them if appearance is not critical. Not a good value for the cost.
