I HAVE BOUGHT AND USE A LOT OF DIFFERENT SAFETY SHOES WHICH I NEED FOR WORK BECAUSE THEY ARE MANDATORY AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I CAN TRULY SAY THEY ARE VERY SOFT AND COMFORTABLE ITS LIKE WEARING THICK SOCKS I RECOMMENDEND THEM WONT REGRET
I have many pairs of boots but these are the only ones that are really tolerable to wear. Actually, they are quite comfortable. I would recommend going up a size as my normal size seemed a little tight with these but they are still awesome shoes. My supervisor couldn't believe these were steel toe when he saw them. He actually got down and felt the steel toe to confirm they were legitimate. Some of my other steel toe shoes are expensive name brand stuff but they all are hard on your feet or heavy and clunky. These are like wearing slippers. Light, comfortable but definitely not water proof so leave them at home if you are going to be trekking through huge puddles or deep mud. Snow? Forget about it. Grab your other boots. But for much of the year, these are an awesome way to be compliant on the job site at a reasonable price and so darn comfortable that no other steel toe shoe can compare.
I absolutely love the comfort of this shoe! By far one of the most comfortable pair of steel toes on the market! Looks good as well.However.... The durability is lacking. I average about 10k steps a day, 5 days a week in a manufacturing facility and the bottoms are almost flat and after bumping into the warehouse racking upright, I have a slight rip on the toe of my shoes after 1 month. Bought August 5th, now September 7th, I'm looking for another pair of steel toes. If they manage to increase the durability to last longer, I'd definitely buy another pair! Value is in the comfort as they are light weight and perform well while walking on concrete floors all day. As far as versatility, they aren't water resistant, tear resistant, or slip resistant so it would pretty much be limited to warehousing or occasional shop floor use, but do not expect to have these last if you're constantly bumping your toes into objects or around moist environments. Totally recommend if they increase durability but even at +/-$30, that's expensive for one month use. Hope this helps!
I wanted work shoes that weren't too heavy and didn't need to be tied with laces. These shoes fill my needs. My feet are protected at work and not weighted down. I can slip them on like slippers and no need to tie them. The steel toes protect my toes well. The shoes are comfortable and I like that they don't look like work shoes. Overall, I like the shoes.
I love this shoes! It's very comfortable to wear at work. I notice my feet don't get tired at all. I'm at work 8 hours every night that consist a lot of walking and these work shoes help me endure those 8 hours of work! I love the steel toes too! Also these work shoes look really good and very stylish. I think I'm gonna order another one for everyday casual wear as they look really nice. The only downside to it though is it's not waterproof, but it's understandable as it's made of fabric. It does not really rain a lot where I live, and mostly I wear these indoors, so it's not really a big deal for me. Also, since it's made of fabric, my feet don't sweat a lot as it use to be when I wear other shoes, so that a plus for me! I also notice that when I walk on some(not all) slippery surfaces, it's not really slip resistant, but im not sure if these shoes are slip resistant at all, not a big deal for me. Also, I've been wearing these for 3 months now and haven't really noticed any wear and tear, I think it because it's made of fabric, only a little scuff and dirt on the toe part since sometimes I'm on my knees working. Overall, these are really perfect work shoes for me and definitely gonna purchase another one in the future!
Ended up returning these because I could tell right away that my feet would not last 8-10 hrs in these shoes. They are comfortable upon inital fitting but the soles are not very cushiony. They are however, very lightweight.
Great shoes! I saw that a few other reviewers recommended to go down half a size, so I went with size 10 (I wear a solid 10.5 in basically every brand and shoe type, including work boots). They didn’t have half sizes at the time I ordered, so it made sense to take the chance on a 10 instead of an 11. They fit great! They have AWESOME arch support, and as advertised, weigh almost nothing. The knit fabric breaths great and the safety toe isn’t even noticeable. They slip right on and off with ease, but stay perfectly in place while working. All of this while being very nice looking footwear! I got complements from almost all of my coworkers the first day I wore them, and two of them said they would be checking this brand out when they need new work shoes. I should definitely mention that I am in manufacturing and am on my feet for 10 hours a day, save for 2- 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break. At this price, even if I have to buy two pair a year, it will still be saving money over the last two pair I wore that lasted about 10-11 months before needing replaced, that cost between $75-80, with no safety toe. But as of now there is no indication that they will be falling apart, it just seems to me that for this price they almost can not reasonably be expected to last for a really long time. But who knows? They are worth it to me to stick with, for sure. I’ll update this review whenever I do need to replace them, so if you’re reading this and there is no update, it is safe to assume they are still going strong! Cheers!EDIT: I purchased a second pair just after a year. The old pair wore out a little on the inserts and stretched somewhat around the ankle, but otherwise held up very well. The tread did wear down but that’s totally expected. I can’t recommend these shoes enough, and I will continue to wear them for as long as they are available!
