Simple, cotton-bottom shoe for tai chi. Seems well made. The fitting is a tad snug with socks, especially on one of my big toes--expect it will stretch, but otherwise comfortable. Fits fine barefoot. I'm shoe size 9, and received size 43.
very well made with more durable canvas fabric, flexible, and super impressive sole which is several layers thicker and more reinforced than every other single shoe I've seen. Inside and out I t this is the real macoy, you can wear this both for martial arts and just with jeans at the Cafe. Men or women, great buy. Also, order a size ip than usual king fu shoes, im normally 12.5 or 13 in any other shoe, but a 46 in this kind of shoe and this 46 was too snug and not even doable. The quality and craftsmanship though is for sure best and American standard of what you expect, not flimsy and thin like the tyoical ones.
A nice throw-back version to the early 70sand long hours (hours!) of torture learning proper form w/Jian and Dao. It is close enough to the classic construction that I am sure it will break-in correctly (and of course, be completing destroyed if you wear it outside)That’s the good.The not so good, but survivable, is the size ordered vs size delivered which was a 4.4 (waaay to small) which was not was ordered and not even an available selection.that being said, mistakes happen and the cost to ship return and cost to ship replacement is not justified by the shoes actual cost.Also, it is in my little sister size and she loves them.Ain’t nostalgia grand.
Like walking on an ill-fitting piece of plywood. Shorter than the labeled size, inflexible, and removes itself from the foot when stepping. A complete joke of daring to call this a shoe. I couldn’t tell you about slip resistance, durability, or support because it’s completely unwearable. Do yourself a favor and tie a cloth wrapped spatula to your foot. It will work better.
I am a 5’5” 116 lb lady with wide feet. I usually wear an 8.5 shoe. I bought size 42 and it’s a great fit. Just reviewing to help others figure out their size. These are nice quality too. Very happy with these and the seller
Runs large. I wear a 6.5 regular shoe. Both the 6.5 and 6 were too big for me. They do not make a 5.5
Ok, to be honest I wasn't expecting much for $20. But when I got them, I was pleasantly surprised. The craftsmanship and materials are very nice. They're very comfortable and the thick sole keeps the bottom of my feet warm against the tile floors in my house. I'm a Men's 11.5 and size 46 fits perfect.
