My 7 yo son likes these shoes enough that he slept with them on the first night he got them. He also insisted on demonstrating the quality of their traction by running across all the ice sheets on the sidewalk a few days ago. Fortunately, he didn't slip. He also wanted to wear them for his 5K run the next day, but that was vetoed. They look nice and fit.
Very nice shoes, but we ordered a size larger than what he needed (based on the product page's instructions) and they are indeed too big. We will just wear thick socks. Otherwise, they are beautiful! But order your true size. We even used the amazon foot size chart print out.
They are inexpensive and for the cost, they look great. They are used only for special events so they stay in good shape.

Cute dress shoe. My 2 year old is normally a size 6 toddler but he kept saying oww and they were a little snug putting on so I am assuming they run a little small.
Fit true to size and are comfortable for all day wear at school. Scuffed and scratched with regular wear. I bought for school uniform.
Last year, we purchased these as school shoes for my son, who needs to wear a pair of dress shoes for a full school day once a week. These are not a good selection for that purpose. After only a couple of weeks, these shoes looked pretty bad with permanent scuffs on the toes - and, since they're not actual leather, there wasn't a good way to fix the scuff marks. To be fair, nothing happened that prevented them from functioning as shoes - the bottoms didn't separate or anything like that. These would be a good choice for a wedding or maybe if they're being worn once a week for an hour in a controlled environment - new from the box they looked pretty identical to the more expensive pair we got to replace them. Get something tougher if you're looking for school shoes.
