Cute & Comfortable, but the Heel Size is Wrong and they Run Small

I purchased these shoes to wear to work. I needed something stylish & comfortable, because although I sit at a computer, I do a lot of walking around my large office every day. I also can't wear anything too high due to foot issues, and was looking for a heel less than 3".While these shoes are cute and very comfortable, I must send them back. First of all, the heel is actually 3½" instead of 2½" as stated in the product information. Not only that, but they seem to run short. I have another pair of Life Strides in a size 10 and they fit fine. I ordered these in wide width, (which I do whenever I can) and it seems to be true to size because they were wide enough for me. However, my toes push all the way to the very front and makes it very uncomfortable in that area. This is probably due to how high the heel actually is, but because of that and for the purposes I need them for, they're a no go.
