Dressy and very comfortable
Hands down, the most comfortable heels I've ever worn!! I haven't worn heels in 15 years because of an ankle injury but I needed a really dressy pair for an event. I read a lot of reviews before I purchased for moderately-high heels that were comfortable. I opened the box and slipped them on like Cinderella, without having to unbuckle the straps. I was worried that I might twist my ankle in heels but the block heels kept me steady. I even danced in them! After wearing them for hours, which also involved walking up and down stairs and a very long, steep driveway, I had no toe or foot pain. They do not pinch, rub or slip. I took them off at the end of the night and my feet were not sore. They're really stylish too and I got several compliments. I'm going to order the same pair in bone for Easter.For size reference: I wear a size 5 but I ordered the 5 1/2 based on other reviews. A perfect fit. My feet are also wide but the shoes didn't pinch my toes. Good price too.

My aesthetic this fall has been very preppy. Plaid mini skirts, v-neck cable knit tennis sweaters. I thought buying a pair of Mary Jane shoes that weren’t flat or overly clunky would be a good addition to my shoe collection. I was right, and I’m so happy I purchased these. I mostly like these, and probably will order them again, but they aren’t perfect. The strap was very loudly squeaky at first, right where the buckle is. Once I figured out what was causing the squeaking, I was able to rub on some lip balm, and that took care of it.After a few wears, one strap separated from the body of the shoe. I was able to sew it enough to make it wearable - I had no choice but to try, I was out of options - and it has worked out okay. I’m hoping it was a fluke, but definitely not a 5-star item.The shoes are surprisingly comfortable, however, and moderately stylish, so I’m pleased about that.
