Great shoes - Go up a size!!
I believe these could be fantastic shoes. They look very nice and have that 'old school' type vintage look, which I really like. I also think these are much better than spending a fortune on Capezios or Blochs or anything like that. I'm a beginner at tap, so I don't see a reason to spend that much on a pair of shoes, especially when these are a good value for a good price. However, I can't really comment on actual comfort or dance-ability yet, since mine don't fit. My shoe size is 9.6 inches heel-to-toe, which is a size 7W/6M. Which is what I bought. But they are way too small length wise. I'm either going to go with 7.5W/6.5M or just go up a full size to 8W/7M just to be on the safe side, cuz these were tight and kinda painful on the toes to simply stand in one place, let alone walk or dance. All in all, I do recommend these shoes, just go a half or full size up. They do sound nice, the tap sound is very clean and crisp, the look is amazing, and the price is great. But the sizing runs small, which is why it's only 4 stars for now. Will be returning for a bigger size, and I'll update when I get those :)Update: Got my new shoes! I just went up to 8Women/7Mens. I was worried they would also be too small when I took them out of the box, but they fit very nice and snug! 5 stars.
