My experience with these hiking shoes.
Immediate reviewI will give it 5 stars because I do not have enough criticism about it to warrant one whole star less.I ordered size 11 and received that size, it closely matches the average size 11 shoe.They feel very good for their price. I won't say names, but they feel better than many American shoe brands (which are probably made in Pakistan). These chinese shoes have very flexible soles to the point that it feels somewhat alien. Just squeezing them together from the sides I see them pop out like a balloon getting squeezed. They are of course much more durable than a balloon because they are vulcanized rubber and appear to be well glued to the "sock" portion. Hopefully this is useful for traction on rocks. I noticed these soles were in many other shoe "brands". Having duplicate products with a different paint job and company name is common practice for Chinese manufacturers to avoid bad reviews, but in this case the soles seem to be high quality so I approve for cost reduction and a diversity of top designs. I wouldn't call these socks, but they are at least soft and spongy sandles. The elastic band at the top of the socks does not close around my ankle as advertised which makes me slightly sad, but my legs are quite thin down there so I guess this could be unique to me. The shoes feel and look new,WARNING: THIS MAY VOID WARRANTIES AND DAMAGE THE SHOES. I am not responsible for the consequences if your actions.A lot people complain that the laces can't be tied, but they are overlooking a key feature. Look at the cap at the end of the laces. This cap can be leveraged open with a screwdriver and the laces can be removed and tied.I go hiking frequently and somewhat intensely, so I hope they last a while. If the shoes spontaneously disintegrate not due to user error (user error example: putting them in front of an electric heater and melting the glue between the sock and sole) then I will update my review below and the stars.

Great overall shoes!
I bought these for work and I have to say they've been great. They're lightweight and flexible, the grip is amazing which is the main thing I was looking for. Great for loading trailers and not slipping. They fit great and look good. They've been more durable than shoes of the same price I've gotten at Walmart, and since they're inexpensive I'm not worried about replacing them if I ever have to. The only thing I'd change is more toe protection (I'm not a fan of steel toes but some toe protection would make these perfect)

Very cool design
I took a chance at these shoe, boot, slippers...I don't know what you would call them. They're vented slip on hiking shoes. As comfortable as slippers, grippy for hiking. I don't know how comfortable they would be for long hikes, I'm wearing them for quick fishing trips. These are great. Inexpensive enough so there's no problem if they wear out after a season or two. I would buy another pair if that was the case.They have a cool unique look. Easy on and off. There is an adjustment system to tighten them. Mine were perfect out of the box. I might get another pair in black. Very happy with these.

Good gripping sole
Sole has very good grip when walking up or down a steep hill. The upper material was fragile for me, in that, as soon as I tightened the laces the eye tore making the last eye useless. Still the non sliding factor was so good that I made another hole and just use them without adjusting them. The good grip of the sole made this purchase ok.

SHOCKING HIKING SHOE THAT'S GOOD!
These shoes are completely the best thing to happen to the hiking category for men's shoes. Definitely see it as a competitor against those known brands with clearity in design and just effectiveness with only a few tiny rocks getting stuck on the outsole & easy shoes to put on & take off.
