Comfy, super soft leather, and flexible soles

So far I’m quite pleased with these. Out of the box the leather felt quite soft and supple, not stiff or like they’d be really tough to break in. The soles are just ridiculously flexible — super soft and bendable for a really comfy, moves-with-you fit. These are a great shoe for extended wear. If you’re on your feet a lot for work or play they make a pretty comfortable choice. I can’t say they have a ton of arch support but the insoles feel soft at least. Nice fit and quality construction so far.

In shoe not insole

Lovehenew Store's Men's Suede Platform Chukka Boots are nice looking, form fitting, comfortable, well build with a solid safety toe box, and have horrid insoles with no arch support. The shoe design has no arch support either. Shoes are form fitting therefore finding a thin enough insole with arch support will take some tries and might change comfort. There is discoloration where the suede meets the sole likely from glue application yet most folk should never be that close to your shoes to see it. Shoes arrived in a plastic bag instead of a box which was/is fine. Seams are sewn okay.
