These are 'dance' shoes. Very flexible, comfortable & stylish. I bought them to wear at my daughter's wedding, because I will be on my feet all afternoon/evening. A friend of mine, who is a dance teacher, told me that 'dance' shoes are the only way she can give lessons all day & her feet don't hurt.
these shoes are great. I have one foot that is a little wider than the other and rufus told me that the toe area was a little wider. The shoe fit perfect. I wore them dancing and they were perfect. I actually ordered another pair.
I bought these on a fellow dancer’s recommendation. They’re cute, super comfy, perfect for a salsa/bachata newbie, and super affordable. The quality-to-price ratio is very good. Those complaining about the closure likely aren’t aware that this is a standard true dance shoe closure—it allows you to dial in your perfect fit without having to fiddle with tiny buckles every time you put them on and take them off—a huge win. They’re very secure and very easy to use once you understand how they work. The sole is so flexible and perfectly padded. The low heel is solid and sturdy—I’ve danced for hours in them without any discomfort at all. You’ll see from my first photo that the strap snapped at the seam the very first time I wore them—I returned that pair but promptly reordered to give them a second chance—I think it’s fair to say that this is a weak point of the shoe, but could probably have been repaired and it’s also not unexpected, given the amazing price point. The second pair hasn’t disappointed! The suede on the sole seems very high-quality and gives the dancer the perfect combination of traction and spin. However, be mindful to only wear them on appropriate surfaces—I attended an outdoor dance and didn’t realize that the paved dance floor was too rough. The suede peeled off the edges of the heel, but that’s on me—I bought a tube of Shoe Goo and was able to repair them easily, quickly, and cheaply. The glittery gold color is super fun, and the mesh doesn’t really show, yet cradles the foot to protect it from straps that might otherwise cut into the dancer’s feet. I’d buy these again and again! (And I have.)

Took an intro ballroom dancing class and got these to make sure I could easily turn. My instructor noticed I had dancing shoes and complimented them as well.I’m a true 9.5 in all shoes, and felt like these were true to size. Didn’t have issues with the strap.They were comfortable for 30 minutes, but I’m taking 10 more lessons, so will update if they don’t hold up! I’ll get higher quality shoes if I end up dancing more frequently after the lessons. The instructors all had practice dancing shoes (rather than strappy ones).
I really liked these shoes. Good color, and they fit well once I found the right size for me.. They do run big - I normally wear an 8 M, but the 7.5 fit. The problem was the fabric over the front of the foot - the ribbon/strap detailing is under the fabric, so the edges rub enough I could tell it would cause multiple blisters, so I returned them.
Cute and fit/feel great. I don’t understand the Amazon sizing chart: says I should wear a size 8 but the chart says size 10. I went with 10 and they were perfect
