A 20-year boot!
Amazingly, the boot on the right survived about 20 years of abuse with regular trips into the Boundary Waters and everyday wear before it finally ceased being waterproof and needed to be replaced, after the sole began to separate from the upper.Much to my surprise, the same boot was available! I got a slightly darker color, but it is the same great quality construction as my old pair! The way I tear through running shoes and footwear in general, I’m generally happy with a couple years, but with this boot I’m expecting many more than that. Highly recommend. Good support, very comfortable, super durable.

Great look, bad fit
These boots look great. I have been wearing Meindl Comfort Fit Light Hikers. But these did not have the same fit. I would prefer them to be a little wider. Unfortunately they were not comfortable. But I like the look.
