Comfy and pretty!
I'm very happy with these! Shoes can be hard to buy online without a try-on, but they are exactly as pictured and true to size, (US size 9 for me ). My feet are narrow and they fit and feel fine, but they do a have a little room to accommodate a bit wider foot if needed. I was looking for something to wear with skirts, shorts, and jeans that was pretty and feminine, but comfortable and easy to walk in with a lower heel. I have Morton's neuromas in both feet and can no longer wear high heels. These are so versatile and seem to tick all the boxes.... Thinking I may order more in other colors!Update Edit - 2024 - wore these to a concert and had to walk a long way from parking to venue. First time to do a significant amount of walking in these. The jute was very rough on the skin on the bottom of my feet and caused a lot of soreness. I have bought a pair of soft insoles that are made to stick to the inside of open toed shoes. I think this is the fix for that issue.

Best dressy sandals ever!
I rarely write reviews, so when I do I REALLY love or dislike a product!I LOVE these shoes!The navy color is perfect. Often, navy is to close to black or too bright (as to be almost royal). This navy is spot on!The open toe is just right. I have ugly toe nails dues to a surgical removal. The toes only show a very little toe nail. You get the openness without showing the world your entire set of ten.They fit great, in my usual size.The heel height is exactly right! Not too high as to make for a wobbly walk and yet high enough to be a little dressy. These shoes totally dress up or down depending on the dress or pants you choose to pair them with. They are chameleons!I have only worn them once, so I can't speak to their durability, but I can to everything else about them.They are cute. I got a ton of compliments on them! They are comfortable. I did a lot of standing and walking. The color is great.As of this moment, I think they are my favorite dressy sandal ever.Think I'm going to purchase another color!

Scratchy but great for narrow feet
I got the platinum/natural they’re really cute HOWEVER the heel strap is a jute like material and super scratchy. The strap also didn’t grip my heel well. I used a pair of $5 heel cushion pads to make the strap snug and to prevent rubbing. This worked great but it made the shoe more snug overall, I could probably afford to go up a 1/2 size now because if this. These are also great for narrow feet. The quality doesn’t compare to Lucky Brand leather sandals and boots.

Cute but hurt my feet
Overall I love the way these look: stylish and classyThey are not too uncomfortable, but when I have to walk more than a little bit, they create blisters on my big toes. I've been putting band-aids on my toes before wearing these, and that prevents the blisters. I like them and am glad I bought them. Just would rather they didn't rub blisters on my toes.

The Footbed is AWFUL
I have a couple different pairs of Lucky sandals that I like, HOWEVER- I didn't realize when I bought this particular style has a different foot bed and it rubbed my feet raw! Thank goodness, I had to found a gift shop and bought a pair of socks -ruined the look for my evening. I threw these in the garbage the next morning- but the blisters on my feet took a while to heal. So- It's a big NO from me.
