I have 3 pairs of these mules because they are extremely comfortable and super cute. The leather is very soft, & they run true to size. I would highly recommend these shoes.
Was having a problem with being in between sizes. 8.5 is slightly short and going to a 9, they slipped off my heel. The ability to adjust the strap helped solve the problem since I could somewhat control the slipping vs the length.I prefer a shoe that is not a strap, but this is a workaround.
