I would have chosen zero stars. These shoes are cute, versatile, and comfortable. I ordered them for the start of a new school year. I wore them the first day and received many compliments. I wore them again a couple of weeks later and the whole heel unraveled. Of course, the return date was exhausted. I am so disgusted, as these were not cheap. I love the brand and am very saddened that the quality isn’t what I have come to expect.
