Good value, super comfy
I really love these sneakers! They look great & they're very comfortable right out of the box. I wear a size 10, & they fit perfectly. I have plenty of wiggle room in the toe area, but it's not too loose. They don't rub on my heels, or ankles, and offer ok support.They have a sturdy construction; are well made with quality canvas & rubber, the insole has a nice cushiony feel, but no arch support. Though, an insole with an arch can be easily inserted.I'm a hairdresser, & I stand for 10 hours a day. These sneakers are light enough to wear & I don't end up with sore feet at the end of the day!I highly recommend these to anyone who likes Vans, but not their high price. I also recommend them to anyone who needs a comfortable shoe/sneaker to stand or walk in all day. They're a great value for the price, SO happy I got them!

Airwalk basic style replacement?
While not quite as fantastic as my multiple pairs of the old Airwalk sneakers sold by Payless, these are at least very comfortable and pretty supportive. They appear to be well made and they don't cause blisters or sore feet if I need to do a lot of walking. Only time will tell if they will give me the 4-5 years that I got from my trusty Airwalk basics.

Fit, comfort and looks
I was looking for a pair of black tennis shoes to wear to work. I almost bought a pair for $75.00. I did a search and Amazon came up showing some nice black shoes. So I took a look and was amazed at how many black tennis shoes they had. I picked two pairs and ordered them in my regular size. I received one of my orders at five o’clock Tuesday morning. I said okay I can wear them today. I tried them on hoping they would fit, not only did they fit they looked good on and didn’t cost me a fortune . I wore them to work and I love them, so comfortable. Everyone was asking me where did you get your shoes? I said Amazon and I can’t wait to my other pair is delivered. I love love my shoes and I’m going buy more in different colors.Sheryl

NOT WIDE
I ordered these because I had ordered them before in all black. I went back to buy another pair in a different color and when they arrived, they were not wide, but medium width. I wish I could get them in the size my first pair came in.

Sole Split :/
There is a lot of extra room, great for wider feet, I ended up putting inserts in because I’m on my feet all day and they don’t provide a lot of cushion.One negative thing I have to say is within the first 2 months, both pairs I purchased split on the sole, where the ball of the foot bends. Others have posted reviews about that - I ordered the second pair hoping it wouldn’t happen, but it still did.They also come apart on the sides where the shoe bends, and the heel fabric wears out.I still wear them from time to time, but sometimes they make a funny sound when I walk, or if it’s raining, my feet are prone to getting wet.I put A LOT of miles on these shoes, but I still had hoped they would last longer before falling apart.

Why pay the unreasonable price for…you know the ones I’m talking about, when you can get the same comfort and a very similar look for less?I bought Lugz slip-on sneakers two years ago and they became my go-to summer sneakers. And they are still in great shape and I still wear them but…This year I bought the same blue pair of slip-one plus a black pair along with these in black and a different style of Lugz in white. I love them!These don’t have an arch support but I wear orthotics so, I can easily lift out the insole and use my athletic orthotics in them. Very comfy.The construction is sturdy, neat and of great quality. The sizing is exact…I wear a 7.5 and my orthotics fit in perfectly.I can wear a similar shoe to the exorbitantly priced…uh hums… but get the same quality and comfort with a very similar look for less. The price only makes them better.This year I bought two pair of lace-ups and two pair of slip-on Lugz to complete my summer shoe wear and I didn’t break the bank.
