I'd give zero stars if I could.

Terrible and two reasons why from my experience. First, the size isn't accurate, so definitely order the next size up. Secondly, I asked for an exchange for a size up and returned the first one I bought and they were even going to refund me 4 bucks since the bigger size was originally cheaper. Then the next evening I got notified that the shipment was damaged which was fine, that kind of stuff happens. However, they ended up canceling my order instead of replacing it and when I went to check the item that I was supposed to get but was supposedly damaged the price went up from $33.20 to $54.06. I don't think that was a coincidence and I think they didn't want my order delivered because they wanted to sell it for more. Very sketchy if you ask me. These were supposed to be new shoes for my daughter for her first day of school.

I've owned a pair of lugz before that were fairly comfortable. I kinda had weird feet I need a box toe so I got these they are a little tight tho they do look nice...the stitching hurts my feet and they run small I bought 7.5 wished I had gotten 8 spread hot the streets with them there's no real way to break.them in unless you wear themSOLD TO MY DAUGHTER SND ORDERED AN 8...STILL TIGHT BUT NOT SCRUNCHING MY TOES----I COULD'VE DONE 8.5 I have never worn an 8.5 EUNS SMALL PPL
