Functional beach sandals, but not very comfortable.
These are functional, but not very comfortable. The sole feels like hard plastic, and is mostly flat, providing no support whatsoever. They work well enough for wearing to the beach for short periods of time, but I wouldn't want to do much walking in them. Their main advantage is that the hard sole doesn't require any drying whatsoever, and won't collect water or sand. If that isn't an issue, I wouldn't bother with these, otherwise they are decent.

Wife calls me grandpa with these on
For starters I am 42 years old with a 11-year-old as my oldest so I am not a grandfather. My wife just doesn't like them and makes it look like I am. I do enjoy them cuz I used to have similar ones when I was a kid. They are comfortable to walk in and seems of great quality and should last as long as my wife lets me keep them. The price seems to be what I would expect to pay for him.

Slip-Ons for Town
These sandals are light weight and great for when I have to move water hoses or drive to town. I wouldn't want to walk very far in them; the soles are too thin. They're attractive and fit true to size. The sandals would work for fishing or boating or other non-strenuous activities. What I like most about them is that they set my toes and feet free to breathe when I wear them without socks.

awkward fit
These are just OK. The soles are hard and not very comfortable to walk on for extended hikes. The straps over the top of the foot are far larger/longer than they need to be and make the fit awkward and clunky. I was hoping for a nice pair of hiking sandals that could be worn out and around town, but I doubt these will be worn outside of my back yard or possibly the beach when we make it there.

While the velcro sticks well and the shoe is true to size, everything else about the sandal is disappointing.There is zero arch support on a minimally cushioned sole.
