Great quality, excellent price, precise sizing
For a pair of lolita shoes at this price range, compared to similar ones ive seen on lolita-specific websites, i wouldnt have been surprised by some quality defects. This was not the case. These shoes are beautiful, well-constructed and seem quite durable. Im not sure why some of these reviews are unhappy with the buckle design-- the buckle itself can be adjusted prior to hooking it to the other piece, insuring a custom fit without the hassle of buckling and unbuckling them when necessary. The hook design is much more convenient in my opinion.As for sizing, im an 8.5 in everything, so i ordered a 40(8.5), and thats precisely what i got. The shoes fit like a glove, and i would almost say they're too tight, but they're not. They're just... Exact. I was talking to my friend, telling her perhaps i should have gone with a 9 so i had a bit more room, and im nervous that i might have sore feet. But she reminded me that brand new pleather shoes need to be broken in, so I'm working on that now. I think once they've relaxed and formed to my feet, they'll be perfect :) the only downside i can spot at this point is that theres pretty much no support in them, theyre designed to look pretty and thats what they do. No padding or arch support, and unfortunately because i ordered my exacy size, an orthopedic insert probably isnt an option. I dont blame the seller for this in the slightest- i should have had the foresight to realize that id be wearing socks with them and would likely want to add custom insoles. So, for any tender-footed lolis out there, maybe get a half size up for that reason :) but the straps and such are perfectly comfortable.Lastly, the packaging really impressed me. Each shoe was inside a fabric bag similar to a dryer sheet, then both were inside a bubble-wrap bag. Then the whole thing was wrapped in a black bag, and those air bags they use to prevent items jostling in transit were used to secure them. The amount of care put into the packaging was heartwarming, and i was even momentarily confused by how soft the parcel felt, knowing there was shoes in it lol.Anyway, if you made it through this long-winded review, props to you and thank you! If you do get these shoes, i hope you love them as much as i love mine <3

Pretty in Pink!
Bought these for my 15 yr old granddaughter and she loves them, she's into the ruffle lolita style trend, these shoes are very well made pretty pink color in the Mary Jane style, with just the right amount of lace, perfect for a teen girl, very good buy, I recommend, however be prepared for delayed shipping n delivery it can take a while, good part is the seller is prompt with providing updates on shipping , so these adorable shoes are worth the wait, great shoe for the price

Comfy, but straps are too long
These shoes are SUPER cute! I ordered them a half size up and usually, I'm an 8.5 but I ordered a 9 so they would be extra comfy. They are a little too big in the back of the shoe, but that's easily fixed with some inserts. The only real complaint I have is with the straps. Even at the smallest setting, the straps are still too loose on my feet and I'm going to have to poke more holes in the straps somehow to make a smaller setting. Not only that, but on the back of the left shoe, I found it really difficult to get the top strap through the back part of the shoe. I ended up ripping some of the lace (you can see in the picture) by forcing it through. Not a bad fix though, the back is still intact and I can easily cut off the ripped lace bits. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, I just wish I didn't have to do so much work to get them to look right!

Cute but has design flaws
These are definitely cute shoes, but there are design flaws. The buckles on the sides are hard to put on because the holes aren't visible in the back and the strap is a little too big to pass through it. The strap closest to the toes are too long and doesn't have holes that make the shoe fit for me (and probably most people). The bow on the top of the shoe is also not symmetrical. The material is really tough and it pushes on the top of my foot so it becomes uncomfortable. Hopefully I can adjust some few things to make it work for me.
