I wanted to wear these slides for a few days before I decided if I should give these a 4 or 5 star rating. They are very comfortable, very cushioned - especially in the heal area where the plantar fasciitis can rear its ugly head. However, the listing says arch support but I barely can identify any - thus I was going to give it a 4 star, but I have to say that my arch did not give me problems wearing them because the heel sinks in enough to create some support. The slides grab from the sides, which makes them stay on better, but are also harder to get on - you need to have something in front of the slides to be able to slide them on without them skidding in front of your foot. Be sure to have something to grab onto while learning how to put them on so you don't lose your balance. The texture in the foot area has little bumps, they are fine for my foot, but a sensitive foot might think they are a little aggressive. The slides are VERY light, which is good. They are also fully rubber feeling, so I thought my foot was going to get sweaty, but I was surprised that they really aren't that bad. I wear a size 10 1/2 shoe and bought the size 10 because of no half sizes - they fit my foot very well, but still have ample room front and rear of the foot. Thus I would say you can go a full size smaller than your normal foot size and still be OK, but I'm happy with a half size smaller - they grip onto the sides of my feet well, but still have the traditional slapping sound of slides as you walk. I really like these slides!

Incredibly light!
I was a bit worried these would be super-heavy when I ordered them, but they ended up being super lightweight. They are still substantial feeling, in spite of how light they are, and very cushiony to walk around in. I ordered these for the hubs but did a bit of stomping around in them before he got home and they're very nice. They fit as they should, so order your usual size. He has wide feet and finds them comfortable with and without socks. They arrived tightly wrapped and one of them had a slightly squished strap, but after wearing them out for a few hours, the squish has righted itself, so don't be alarmed if yours arrive the same way, they do bounce back quickly with wear.

Mostly Comfortable and squishy with good grip and support
These are mostly comfortable. They have good support, but the sandal can dig into the top of your foot after a while. They have decent grip. The overall style is a bit obnoxious - not very pretty - because they are so large, but that's OK because they are meant to be big and comfortable. Considering the low price, they are a good value.

Super comfortable, but arrive misshapen from shipping
I got these because I have plantar fasciitis, and walking around barefoot in the house makes it hurt more. I wanted them for wearing around the house. I have Oofos recovery slides, which are amazing, but they're wearing out.These came packed in tightly wrapped plastic, and it mashed the slides in a weird way. I took them out and left them sitting, hoping that they would go back to a normal shape, but they didn't. I can't really wear them like that, but I tried them on to see how comfortable the soles are. They feel pretty good, so I'm giving stars for that. If they were packaged differently, they would be great.Here's the scale I'm using for my ratings:⭐️ 1 star= Nope! I do not recommend.
