Shoes were exactly as described. Fit was perfect — true to size. Extremely comfortable on my feet, especially with the soft leather lining inside (I can’t wear unlined or rough leather against my skin). The mahogany color looks great with both shorts and chinos. This was my first pair from Marcport, and I’ll definitely continue if they hold up to regular wear.

Let’s start with the obvious: it’s a boat shoe. These ones don’t come in half sizes, so I went with an 11 even though I usually wear a 10.5, and that turned out to be the right call. They’re a little looser than I’d prefer, but it’s minimal and definitely better than being too tight.In terms of build quality, these things are the real deal. They’re incredibly well constructed, and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve ordered quite a few shoes through Amazon Vine, and I think these might be the highest quality pair I’ve gotten so far. The upper is waxed leather, and it’s genuinely soft and flexible. It feels luxurious to the touch and has that satisfying, high-end texture that makes you want to run your fingers over it.They’re comfortable to wear, but I can tell they’ll get even better after breaking in. The heel cuff, in particular, feels like it just needs some time to relax before it becomes perfect.Visually, these shoes look fantastic. They’ve got a polished, elevated vibe that sits somewhere between casual and dressy. You could wear them on a boat or to a dinner out and they’d fit right in. They also come with an extra set of backup laces, which I appreciate. The stock laces are leather, which look great but can be a pain to tie, so it’s nice to have real replacements if you want to swap them out.Overall, I’m genuinely excited for these to age a little and develop that lived-in character that great leather shoes get. They’ll only get more comfortable and better looking with time. At the $59.99 price point, these are an absolute steal. I couldn’t recommend them more. Five out of five stars.
These Boat Shoes are made of genuine leather uppers with leather laces. They also came with a second set of laces that match the shoes which are made of cord if you don't care for the leather laces. I wear a US size 11 normally and ordered these in my size. They fit true to size. The shoes are very comfortable with soles that are made of rubber that has nice cushioning but could use a little more arch support. The color I got appears to be sort of Dark Navy / Brown, a color of which was referred to as mahogany in the listing. These are nice quality shoes and appear to be durable. Wore them most of the day and the were not uncomfortable. Would recommend for casual attire as they are stylish and appealing.
I’ve worn boat shoes for decades, and I like these as much as any I’ve ever had. When I first took them out of the box, the leather seemed a bit cardboard-ish, and I didn’t think I was going to like them. I’m glad that I was totally wrong.These shoes look and feel fantastic. Within five minutes of putting them on, they felt like they were made for me. I then wore them through work and meetings for the next nine hours, with a lot of walking, and they were wonderful.The leather breaks in and forms to your feet very quickly, but it stays looking very sharp - almost dressy. Detail is great throughout, from the stitching, to the grippy rubber sole, to the leather laces that are treated so they stay tied. Great shoes!
