I've bought several pairs over the years
Update 11/27/23: The ones I bought in 2019 were waaaay past their useful life, but, still, comfortable to wear around the house. They don't fall apart, just wear out. I selected regular leather over nubuck this time because, going into winter, they repel rain better. These shoes have been pretty consistent over the years (even though one pair started out a bit tight). For me, it's an easy choice because they fit, feel and look like the kind of drivers I like most.Update 1/12/19: Time to replace these. The inside bottom has worn through and these kinds of shoes tend to get pretty ragged after a lot of use (I wear these almost daily). So, not even 1.5 years of wear, BUT the price has actually dropped, from $60 to $45 so they are cheap enough to keep buying.<original review>Been wearing them a month and I'm a little disappointed they have not stretched out more. I'm a 7.5 and these are just a bit tight in my bare feet. I don't mind that so much, but come cooler weather, I know they will feel even tighter with socks. Not sure if I'll be able to wear them in winter (S. Cal, not wet much). Other than the size concerns, I will say these are some fine shoes. Made really well. Strong stitching, smooth, scar-less material. Even pressure around my feet. They do not have any rough or pointy spots against my feet, i.e., no blisters or soreness. Nice to wear something not made in China :-)
