They are worth it (for me)

I love these boots: the style, the heel height, the comfort, the price...all good!I bought my normal size, 8.5 and they fit perfectly.The toe is long, but not too long. I especially like that it's squared off at the tip. At first i thought that perhaps there may be too much room in the toe because of the length, but i was wrong. It's all just right.My only concern is how long will they last. I've worn them twice , walking on the hard cement of NYCity streets and i am already seeing the the soles are beginning to wear thin. I could take them to a shoe cobbler and have rubber soles added but that will cost as much as the boots did, and these are faux leather so even of the soles last a year or two (hopely longer) if the material of the boot itself gets scratched or torn, well then, the cost of adding soles will not pay off in the long run.So, what am i saying...? I guess just be aware that these boots may not last any where near as long as a pair of real leather boots would, and if you have any qualms against supporting the disposable clothing culture, than don't buy these.

I was really surprised when I received these boots. Mainly because they were so comfortable. They remind me of some boots my daughter got at a secondhand store in the early 2000s; we both had the same size foot and I used to steal them from her. So they’re a bit of a vintage look, which is modern today. I got them to go with a long dress when I go to my daughter‘s doctorate graduation this December 2025. I tried them on, and I had a pair of boyfriend jeans, a little bit baggy with some fraying in the front in different spots and I had them folded up hem. when I put the boots on, I was like “oh my gosh, this is so cute!” I love the color. The size was perfect. I’m a size 7 and they were a little snug, but as I wore them around the house, they loosened up. however, the first time I put them on and I walked to go look in the mirror my heel slid on the wood floor, but I was kind of excited and in a hurry so I put both boots on, and it was perfectly fine walking around on the wood floor they did not scratch the floor. I think I will be wearing them with jeans The, baggy boyfriend, jeans, folded up at the bottom and also with skinny jeans. They do look a little long in the toe, but that’s just the style and you have to like it or not like it.
