These slip-ons are easy in the best way. Slide your foot in and go, no stiff break-in or awkward pressure points. The wide toe box makes a noticeable difference in comfort, especially during long days.The canvas upper breathes well and keeps things from feeling stuffy. These loafers are great for casually lounging around the house, or even moderate use outdoors. They feature a thin and breathable upper with a silicone sole. The outsole feels like real rubber. The shoes fit true-to-size and offer a little expandability that should fit a wide variety of feet. They feel quite "flat" to wear, similar to slippers or house shoes. They will provide some protection, but most may find them uncomfortable wearing them as daily shoes. In terms of aesthetics, they do look like they are more on the affordable side, particularly due to the canvas uppers. The canvas is thin and doesn't hold shape all that well. While it is perfectly serviceable there would likely be durability issues using these for extended periods.The bottom of the shoes did have a couple of quality control issues with overmolding that was not trimmed properly. I used a simple blade to trim them down. It took just seconds. The insert is also very low quality, so it may be necessary to purchase higher quality inserts later.Of course, the point of shoes like this is the affordability. It is clear corners were cut, but we still have a perfectly functional house loafer or slipper. I've worn them several days and appreciate having the additional protection on my feet. I'm careful to not wear them outside to avoid tracking in dirt or debris, keeping my home flooring clean. They look like they feel, more on the budget side, but that might be just what is needed.
