works well so far, no complaints. it's comfortable and fits well (you can adjust Velcro). have no idea what it supports - it's just regular slippers. do not expect warmth - actually, I bought it for the opposite. I had warm slippers - I hated them. Do not know why they are recommended for a swollen feet - you can just make them wide enough but not too wide and sole is not even wide (kind of average). haven't washed them yet (nothing to say here).
great bang for the buck***edited***slippers broke after 1 month of use for indoor house use. Started to come apart at the seams. unable to return. Return window closed.
My husband plays a lot of golf and sometimes his heels hurt. We have a tile floor that adds to the problem. I bought these slippers for him and they’re exactly what he needed! They fit true to size, have a wonderful padded sole, stay on his feet, and are easy to get on and off. Great buy!
