... and disco down, funky white boy! These are great, comfortable shoes. I bought them because my wife and I are taking dance classes. These are light-weight, affordable and turn you into an instant pro! Well, maybe not "pro" but you'll still have a lot of fun in them. Now it's time to merengue and do the cha-cha till night fever consumes us all!
Not top tier quality but this is perfect for beginners. Definitely would recommend for new people getting into dance!
On the wide side. The shoelace holes on either side overlapped when I tried to tie them on tightly. I wear a 12 but I ordered a 12.5 on the advice of many reviewers who said to order a wider size than normally worn. Big mistake. They were definitely half an inch too long. Sent them back.

These shoes are very comfortable, easy to dance in
visible glue seams, almost non-existent sole in terms of protection and the heel is barely connected to the shoe itself. The heel is also not solid, providing the same style of support as a horseshoe. Surprisingly good fake leather uppers though and the fit was fine. The heel sole is made of the same material as the front sole (both are very slippery) so it is easy to enter a spin but coming out and stopping on time is very hard and may even cause some injuries. overall I would say these are the bare minimum to be called a shoe and would only be useful if for some reason you needed a disposable pair that still had the front sliding sole (only situation I can think of is a very dirty floor that would ruin your nice dancing shoes). I am giving 3 stars because for the price (about 28$ as of time of writing) it is just barely more than I think they are worth as an almost trash pair of dancing shoes.
