Firm, quality shoe

This bike shoe is a firm quality shoe that you can walk in once off the bike. You probably would not want to walk long distances, but it would be fine to walk into a store or restaurant and not look weird like typical spin shoes. The cleats are sold separately and I had to watch a video to figure out how to put them on. I don't understand why they don't come with the shoes. 2 laces did come with the shoes so that you could choose a color. My only complaint is that the to tongue is firm/rough and if my sock is not up high enough, it rubs on the front of my ankle causing a little skin breakdown.

Normal cramped toes.

My favorite exercise at the gym is spinning and sprint. The first pair of cycling shoes I bought, they were so tight in the toes that I never really concentrated on spinning, I was more conscious of my cramp toes. I have used these twice so far, and they are like sneakers with a wide toebox, which makes it very comfortable. The first day I clipped on and off of the bike very easily. Second day I sprinted for 50 minutes with no issues with my toes. I was also able to keep them on and walk to another class a couple of does down. They were very comfortable while doing so, but I do not intend to wear them other than spinning. Because of the solid and firm soles, they feel a bit heavy to walk in otherwise. It was not my first choice in color, but this was all that was available in my size. I would’ve liked a more feminine color.

Run large

I wear a 6.5 in everything, but these fit like a 7. Comfortable otherwise

walkable, stiff, and grippy

i bought these for my gf (who is new to riding and doesn’t use clipless pedals) to use instead of running shoes which were flexible and hurt her feet on > 15 mi rides.they fit well, keep her on the pedals, and keep her pain-free.now i just need to get her on spd pedals as well.

Good for cycling.

These are fairly stiff which I have noticed about most biking shoes. I love the colors and bright laces. They are good for cycling but not comfortable if you have to walk a distance.
