Beautiful, soft, stylish, comfortable. I bought these for my son, age 52. He loves them. I have several pairs of MJs for myself, and adore them all. I'm 77, wear ladies 7.5 and am always pleased with them. My all-time favorite shoe!!
I have now purchased 5 pairs of these shoes for my husband and then for three of my sons. As soon as my husband wore them all of my adult sons wanted them! They pair wonderfully with jeans and a shirt for a casual dinner as well as a suit for a wedding. They are extremely comfortable as well they say and run maybe a half size too large if you’re not going to wear socks with them.

I literally received these MJNY loafers minutes ago but upon first impressions, they fit pretty good, look great (love the metal rivets), and feel comfortable, though maybe a tad narrow and tight at the top of the shoe. There’s a slight, raised bump/imperfection to the leather on one of the shoes that I wished wasn’t there but my main concern is one of stability — the bottom sole is not one flat surface; the middle of the sole — from toes to heal — consists of a series of raised rubber strips. These strips don’t extend to the outer edges of the shoe, so this results in the bottom of the loafer having two height levels — one higher, one lower, obviously. I think combined with an already narrow design, walking may feel a little wobbly and unstable. That could be an issue for me as I can already foresee (after a test stroll) clumsy me falling or rolling an ankle, resulting in a sprain. Just trying to branch out after wearing Cole Haan driving loafers for over a year now, and though they’ve held up extremely well, are stable and extremely comfy, the stitching is a little funky, so that’s why I’m trying these out as they look so much nicer and elegant. I’ll give it a few days and update.
I’ve been looking for just the right pair of black driving mocs. These are the perfect blend between casual enough but could go slightly dressy. They fit well on initial wearing. Hoping they hold up well, as I don’t want to start the search over again.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:in a world where getting actual leather shoes is becoming a thing of the past. These are genuine leather/ suede. I find them a bit narrow but not uncomfortable.
