Comfortable, but...
These shoes are definitely good looking, and the soles are reasonable comfortable, but the edges that touch your ankles could be a little softer or maybe angled up a little more rather than towards the foot. They were true to size (US 12 for me).I did get compliments on them!

I've been needing a pair of dressier brown shoes for a while and these are just what I was looking for. They look terrific. The leather is unmarred and the color is even and rich. Packaged in a substantial box and each enclosed in a cloth bag for protection. A nice touch. They stitching looks very clean and the sole and heels seem to be strong and I expect that they will wear very slowly. A couple nice touches are the expandable areas on either side of the laces, providing just enough give to provide some additional comfort, the multi-colored heels (while not leather, they look very good) and the blue edging around the lacing, tongue and opening. Subtle and distinctive.A bit of a strange thing was the way the laces were threaded - one long run to the bottom with the lace exiting the bottom ring going all the way loose to the top. Not a problem really, just kind of unusual. I usually wear a size 10, normal width, but purchased a 10.5 wide. They are none too big, so make sure to purchase at least a 1/2 size larger than your normal size. Other than that, caveat, I have no complaints and am very happy with them. Can't make any judgement on their long term durability, but, at the outset, I don't see any red flags that would lead me believe that they won't last for years. A good purchase.

Narrow shoe, not wide at all
The shoe itself is actually pretty good quality. The leather looks premium and is a sharp looking shoe. However it should not be called a "wide" size shoe. The shoe is very narrow even after sizing up. I wear a 11 wide normally so I ordered a 12 wide in this shoe, and I couldn't even get my foot in halfway. If they made this shoe in a true wide, I would gladly purchase these shoes.

Very Nice!
These are a high quality, full leather upper shoes.The over all construction is superb. The in sole has a very comfortable feel, and even though the shoe has some stiffness because it is new, it is not uncomfortable. The bottom sole has a nice non-slip tread, and the ability to slip on without untiring the leather strap laces is a nice benefit.
