Great Penny loafers
I actually really enjoy this wearing these shoes. They fit pretty well for the size and I haven't had issues for the most part other than initially breaking them in. The shoes are pretty comfortable and they are basically every day wear shoes that you can take anywhere. It's really good for matching a bunch of styles and can fit anything from basic to more complex fits. The penny loafers are also good with or without socks and can definitely be something that works without socks. The price for the penny loafers is also pretty good. The shoe is also pretty easy to clean as long as something doesn't have the chance to cake in for a week or so. It's honestly not bad and if you take care of it, it's definitely more worth it than not to own a pair.

These were sent in a temporary reuseable bag with a window section which was not needed as each individual shoe was in a shoe dust bag. As this was not a quality shoe bag it ripped during shipping. Luckily the shoes were protected by the dust bags where the shoe bag tore. The shoes were also stuffed with a styrofoam shaper that helped them maintain there shape. Upon opening the shipping bag, you are immediately hit with a sweet chemical smell. I suspect it is the polish or oil the shoes were wiped down with prior to being packed up for shipping. I left the shoes out to air overnight before putting them in a plastic shoe bag I had.The shoes I ordered were the Black & White in a Men's 7. This is likely a true to size 7 as I normally wear a Men's 6 or a Woman's 8 - 8.5W. The 7 was a little big for me but could have worked right out of the box if the soles were not so heavy. Short of the weight, the thick soles are great and do not feel slippery. A nice traction pattern on the bottom. The white sections add a nice contrast to the shiny black of the rest of the shoe. I will try to wear them with a couple of pairs of socks and see how they do.

Bad smell, little large
Was excited to get these in but unfortunately when they did come in I couldn't use them right away as they had this awful smell coming off of them. After setting them out to off gas for a little bit they were then at least handle a bowl without choking. The overall quality is decent it's what you would expect I think in this price range. They are fairly comfortable, they're not the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn but they are decent. This style is something you either like or you don't I do like the style so they're fine with me. One thing I will say though is that they do run a bit large I was actually concerned I couldn't get the size that I wanted perfectly and I ordered a size down but then they ended up fitting me perfectly so just keep that in mind

Very Nice Shoes—could be Unisex
These shoes are really cute and I’m really sad that they didn’t fit me. I didn’t realize when I ordered that they were in men’s sizes so when they arrive, they didn’t fit because they were much too big. I will say that I love the chunky sole and they have that new shoes, which is nice. They are kind of narrow, so I don’t know how comfortable they would be for a man to use unless they have narrow feet.

Big!
These are nice shoes. When they arrived, they had an odd, chemical smell to them, but that dissipated after a little while. They're a little big for a size 10; more like an 11 to be honest. I would suggest ordering a half-size smaller than usual (which is the exact opposite of what one would expect) and you won't go far wrong. Overall, they're super comfortable, well-made and look great. I just have to wear extra-thick socks.

Comfortable and well made MENS shoes
I have mixed feelings about these shoes. They seem well made, they're comfortable and they are true to size (at least for me, I wear an 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly). And they have really thick soles. Soles like work boots.And therein is the issue. I think they look like someone glued the uppers from dress shoes to soles from work boots. These things have treads like the tires on my SUV. My wife says they're in style. I couldn't care less what's "in style". She just shakes her head and says they look good, and you should wear them with jeans, not shorts. Duh. I'm just trying them on to see how they fit.Maybe this is the "style" now. I have no clue, nor do I care. I wear shorts and flip flops 99% of the time, except when I go to church, funerals, or nice restaurants. But I can use a new pair of black shoes for church and other formal occasions, and if my wife says they look good, then ok, she has much better taste than me when it comes to things like this so I will defer to her judgement.So to summarize, these are nicely made, comfortable shoes and deserve five stars for that.
