You can walk a mile in my shoes, but....
Aside from having very thin inner soles, these shoes are great!! I've had them since summer and they've held up against outdoor forces, stains rub out quicker than a genie in a bottle. They are designed to be quick to get on and off, yet stylish to go out somewhere nice where there's footwear policies, and watch these shoes walk right on in.If Mecolop can secure a solid inner sole vendor, someone who respects the comfort of feet knowing it's not about how your shoes look while in them, nor how you look while wearing them, it's how the wearer feels while wearing them.You can walk a mile in my shoes, but I suggest you toss some Dr. Scholls "Heavy Support" inserts in them first, otherwise you ain't gonna be happy finishing that miles.

Where's the contrast stitching?
I purchased the style called Dark Brown - 198. What attracted me to this style was the excellent contrast stitching along the top, which makes the shoe "pop". That thread is the same brown color you see along the sole's edge where it meets the upper. Disappointing.The sole itself at least feels like the old, man-made rubber that was common before pre-2020. Nowadays most shoes use that horrible, lightweight croc-style foam that wears out in no time and provides little to no shock absorption. I give that a plus, but we'll see how well the glue holds.The interior of the shoe offers no arch. The upper is THIN and flexible with no real padding or insulation. You have a thin veneer of leather over some man-made stiff material. There is no puff or cushion anywhere, including the heel.Do not listen to people who tell you to size up or down. I am a size 10 and a size 10 was the right size for me. I bought a 10.5, because I worried they'd run small. In the end it's not so bad, because I added an insole that I already had that provides some cushion and an arch support, which these shoes desperately need.So in summation:1) Not as cool looking as pictures promised2) Decent sole if it lasts3) Needs an insole but only size up half a size if you intend to put one in that adds arch support (if you're just gonna add odor eaters, don't size up).4) Overall thin body$40 used to get you a decent pair of shoes that could last a year (or even longer). And when I say used to, I mean just a few years ago, not like some old man telling you a story about chocolate bars for a nickel. Nowadays, it seems $40 gets you a glorified outdoor slipper.

THREE MONTHS WAS ALL I GOT!
Hello Guys,I bought this pair of good looking shoes for my husband about 3 months ago and he said they were very comfortable and really felt good. So. i bought another pair(black) a month or so later. The both pairs are already breaking apart from the sides and the rear. Although they look well stitched and durable, they are actually not. They are I'll look elsewhere.
