Order a half size larger, in my opinion!
I received these men's outdoor hiking sandals by LUODENGLANG a few days ago and have been wearing them around the house to gauge their comfort level. My shoe size is 10-1/2 so I figured that it was safe to order that size especially since I would be wearing it without socks. Unfortunately, though the sandals contained my feet comfortably overall, my big toe was just too cramped and was pushing up against the closed toe end of the sandals. Wearing them outdoors while actively walking (or other activities) would likely end up eventually being painful. If I were to get them again, I would order a half size up and it would likely be a perfect fit. Other than the sizing issue, I liked the soft feel of the sandals inside and out. Looks fashionable but they don’t have any real support. Not too comfortable
Well these look fashionable but to be honest they aren’t too comfortable. The soles offer no padding to speak of and aren’t form fitting. They have no real support. I’m not sure if they are leather. If they were shoes i would slide insole in them. I may try doing so though. Good for wide feet!
My husband has wide feet, and it can be a struggle to find a pair of sandals that are comfortable to walk in, provide support, and are still easy to slip on, adjust, and fit properly.If we find ones that meet those criteria, they generally are just not attractive enough. We wanted both, function and fit, and something that looked to be good enough quality that he'd get more than 1 season of wear out of them.Happily, these fit the bill, and while they are faux leather, they appear to be a better grade of faux leather than many we've seen, and he has been very happily putting these on every evening after work, on the weekends, and they're holding up really well.He said that he was surprised they were as comfortable to walk in for a full day - he was not expecting that, and was pleased that they offer some support. The bottoms are not slick, and the closed toe design feels better to him. While he wouldn't wear these hiking or doing anything super active, for going out and about paired with a casual pair of wide leg linen pants, he's cool and comfortable and feels that these don't look silly on him. If he's happy, I'm happy!
