These shoes are pretty awesome! I grabbed them specifically for my Wednesday costume, and they’re almost perfect for the look. I did have a mini heart attack when I realized they were classified as “men’s” shoes and I had ordered my standard women’s size—but luckily the fit wasn’t too far off. Honestly, they fit pretty well and I’m super happy with them.
These stylish shoes sure make a statement. They are very shiny. The soles are thick, making them feel almost like platform loafers. But I love the style! They are sturdy and comfortable, and seem to be high quality shoes. They are true to size, as a 10 tends to be a little roomy for me but still comfortable (if 9.5 was an option I would have got that). In any case, I can't wait to sport these with some fun outfit, or on a formal black tie occasion. The only negative I can see is that the one white strip in the front is sewn in with a single large stitch. The stitch has multiple threads sewn through it to layer and strengthen it. But I still feel like it was an odd choice overall, and that that white strip could have been sewn on in a more secure way. For now it's secure, but I don't know how it will hold up over time or if I wear them a lot. In any case - very fun and stylish shoes! Just be ready for a thick clunky sole on these (again I think that's a plus, as a style choice, but might not be for everyone)
Very comfortable with extra cushioning in the heel. Size fits exactly according to my normal size. I am not sure how I feel about the super glossy patent leather look... but my wife says it looks nice and sort of casual-dressy, depending on how dressed up or down I want to be.
The style was nice, however they wasn’t expensive filling. I ordered a size 12 and they were too short and too tight maybe a 12 is a 13 they wasn’t comfortable at all. Maybe it time to go back to the drawing board.. beautiful shoe though.
These shoes are so lightweight I feel that I could walk in these all day long if my foot was just a bit wider! I still think they are great, and I might experiment with thicker socks in the winter- these are sold as mens shoes, and these- unlike brand name shoes where the shoes don’t particularly feel masculine (like vans or converse), feel really masculine. I want to make them work, they are SO CUTE! I love the shine of the faux patent leather, they are very in during the release of Wednesday season 2. My normal size in shoes is 9W/7M and EU 39 and these fit lengthwise. My feet slide from side to side with barefeet, and my normal thickness of socks.
I actually picked these up to wear when I officiate a wedding. The couple I'm marrying are fun, and while it's a fairly standard wedding, I thought these two-tone patent leather shoes will add a little fun to my pretty standard suit. They are comfortable and look cool, I figure since I'm going to be standing, walking and dancing the better part of an evening, they had better be comfortable.
These are some rad creepers right here. The PU leather is on the lighter side and then I don't know enough about sole technology to speak to what is going on here, but the soles are also noticeably lighter and clammy/sticky first wear. There is some mild off-gassing odor but it goes away quite fast. They look quite rad, just like the product photo, exuding retro/alt style. The length on them is true to the chart, which is in turn seemingly true to American masculine shoe norms. I would say the width is a bit more narrow than your standard American shoe, so my toes are bit compressed. The shoe has either stretched out a bit over the course of the day or my toes have grown used to being crammed together. I would think PU would probably have some stretch to it if you have a shoe stretch to take to these but maybe give it a second thought if you wear EEEEE shoes. The soles for their unique feel do wear like normal (dress) shoes and are reasonably comfortable to walk a moderate amount around the office. I would not wear these for sports or what not but I would hope you weren't planning to. I would have some concerns that the PU is going to mark up or fall apart in ways that leather wouldn't, but that will be revealed with time and so far I love them!
