Ok, these are actually black even though the photo gives the impression they're not. That's because they are shiny and it picked up the light around. That said, these are very comfortable so the sizing was good, seem to be of really good quality as well. If anything is a negative, you have to have the type of style that these match. Being a little older myself, not sure I can pull them off as well as I thought. Overall, well made, decent price, and would recommend for those looking for a comfortable slip on dress shoe.

Where in foremost, these fit exactly as you would expect them to, so you can feel free to order the size that you normally would, knowing that they will fit as expected. Second initially, I would say these feel a little bit cheap with the rubber soul, but given the price point, they’re not bad. They do have leather uppers, so the top side of its leather and it has a nice stretch to it without sagging. It easily slides on and off the checkered pattern is either a nice touch or it could be overkill for some so take that into account. Again, given the price point and the quality of the product, the stitching, the rubber soul and the leather tops I would recommend in a lukewarm way.
