Wrong Size, Loose Fit, and a Missed Opportunity 👎
Update: Seller replied to my review to let me know in impressive detail that due to my review and similar issues others noted, they've updated their website and improved internal quality controls to improve their product and customer satisfaction! It's honestly the best customer service response I recall receiving from an Amazon seller. I can confirm they've made changes to the product description page. I have to say I'm impressed. While it's unclear if (due to Vine policy) they'll be able to, they've offered to send me a replacement pair in the correct size. If they manage, I'm sure it will be a boot my husband will get good use of. As the review below covered the good quality and stated that the size was the only issue. I'm increasing the review to 5 stars because I'm impressed with the outstanding customer service response, the speed, and visible changes! We ordered these in size 11, and the box label matched — but the boots themselves are stamped as size 12 on the sole. That’s not a small mistake when it comes to fit. They were clearly too large, sliding around while walking and feeling unstable — especially concerning for muddy or wet terrain. The calf area was also loose on my husband, which wouldn’t be a big deal if the foot size were correct, but together it made them feel sloppy and hard to wear securely, they just didn’t stay put.The material feels decent — smooth PVC that looks like it would be waterproof and easy to rinse off. They’re not particularly thick or heavy-duty, but fine for light-duty tasks if the size were accurate. After reading through other reviews, it seems the sizing issues vary quite a bit — some people received smaller-than-expected fits, while others (like us) got the opposite. That inconsistency is worth noting if you’re considering these.✅ Pros:PVC material looks waterproof and easy to cleanDecent tread pattern for tractionSimple, utilitarian lookSolid black color❌ Cons:Received wrong size (boots marked 12 instead of ordered 11 which was the size on the box - see photos)Other buyers report inconsistent sizing⭐️⭐ Rating: 2/5 — A simple, practical boot in theory, but the sizing and fit issues make them more frustrating than functional.

Thick, waterproof boots.
I ordered these Ansiton waterproof "muck" boots for my husband. He's wearing them but we both are disappointed that they don't stand up. The older you get the harder it is to hop around on one foot while picking up the other flopped over boot and get your foot in. They could have better cushioning inside too. They fit him ok, and they are muck and waterproof. The quality is fair but again we would like to see thicker cushioning. We live in the country and wear muck boots alot, and sometimes all day. The sole is good and the boot material is thicker than some cheap brands. However, due to the boots falling over before you can get your foot in, we'll probably try a different brand after he wears these out.One feature we like is the little tabs on the back of the each boot that helps you remove them.

Keeps me feets dry
These are a decent set of slip-on rain boots for light outdoor tasks in the rain. They're not the best in the world- they're a bit roomy, not super comfortable, and I certainly wouldn't trust them for work, "steel toe" or not, but they get the job done if the job is "walk through a bunch of puddles in my neighborhood without getting my feet wet." Cheap is as cheap does, I suppose... but it's a worthy addition to my rainy weather arsenal, since I have many outdoor chores and live somewhere that it rains for nine months of the year.

Functional and pretty comfortable.
These are pretty much classic "Wellies," as they say in the U.K. They don't have any fancy styling, and are basically one piece of rubber(-like material) as the seams (between the sole and the upper, for example) seem to be welded together, fitting for boots whose main purpose is to be waterproof. The fit seems pretty accurate, compared to standard U.S. sizes (the 10 I got really fits more like a 10, IMHO). That given, they are easy to slip on and off, probably contributed to by the very wide calf opening. If your calves are very wide, note the size chart, which lists it. They have a heavy "lug" style sole, fairly thick, so I expect them to be quite durable. They have a fabric lining, which contributes to comfort, but realistically, these are going to be worn with thick socks and long pants, so I don't expect any part of my skin to touch the inside of the boots. They are pretty heavy, but I expect that is mostly because of the thick sole, rather than the steel toe, based on the balance. Note that these have fabric on the upper for the first few inches or so, which I presume is just a little (understated) styling. The upper is not super thick rubber, but realistically the upper is not where boots like this typically wear out.Note that I got these in late October or '25. Some people complained about some things earlier that seem to be corrected now.
