Comfortable waterproof boots...

I needed some boots when walking or working in wet weather in the Pacific NW. My trusty old sneakers just weren't working. These boots are reasonably priced and more attractive than the clunky boots you normally find.There is a sizing chart on the sale page which buyers should read before ordering. I normally wear a size 10 or 10.5 in regular shoes and boots. But the chart indicated that based on my foot length, I should order a 9. I was a little hesitant but I am glad I did order the 9 because it is still has a little bit of room in it which is fine since it will give me extra space if I want to wear thicker socks in cold weather.The tread design is pretty shallow so I am not sure how good the traction will be but it is nice that they won't get packed with mud which would need to be dug out with a screwdriver like other boots that I worn.The insole is cushioned well and the fit is very comfortable for a boot like this. The construction seems sturdy and they should last a good long while. I also appreciate the black color with the white trim...it is so much more attractive than the OD green and rust red colors you see on other boots.

Great for the price, but you’ll want new insoles

These are like barefoot boots, there’s no support. They come with an insole, but it’s insufficient. It’s all about the value for the price, here, which is good. I put a pair of old heydude insoles on top, and that makes these tolerable, but I plan to swap in one good supportive pair. With better insoles, these are usable rain boots. They’re made with vulcanized tape, and so far have had zero leaks. Being so floppy, maybe they’ll last longer than vulcanized sneakers. These slide on, and I can walk normally in them, but there’s barely any support. I can tuck my pants in the boots.They keep my feet clean and dry in the slush, and they’re easy to take on and off. This is my go-to pair for trips to the trash/bird feeder in bad weather, and makes me wonder why I haven’t had a pair of splashers in my lineup before.

Huge

I ordered my regular size 7. And these shoes are super huge. My only suggestion to others would be to order 2 sizes smaller than usual..... also really wide, as well..
