Expectations for these boots are beyond met. Comfortable, warm, waterproof, toe protection, easy to clean, durable, fit nice, slip resistant and all for a good price. Also extra points for not having a zipper, almost impossible to find boots without a zipper.

These Military Style work boots are breaking in quickly. They needed a bit of modification to support my high arch so I replaced the main insoles with my custom insoles and put the original ones back in. Great fit now. No need to use a cheap second cushion insole.The lace hook-buckles are a bit tighter than they should be for the laces and the edges of the hook-buckles are not rounded but are wider at the entry edges which get caught on the lace. This is causing wear on the laces already (2-weeks). I think a good shaping with a metal file will cure this though.The water-proofing is good, and is the tongue is stitched up high. The tread releases the mud fairly well, which makes less mess in the house, which make the Lady-of-the-house happier, which makes me happier, too. They're not to heavy in weight but look and feel strong enough for the medium duty I expect to use them for. No need for Steel-toes to freeze my toes in the snow and cold weather.I can not attest to any 'wear factor' yet, but the outlook looks good. They are comfortable (with the mods to the insole), the speed-hook-buckles should not be this shape but a quick dressing with a file will fix this, ... and they still look pretty clean, even after the snow and subsequent mud cycles they've been through already this winter (2024-5).All-in-all I think this has been a pretty good purchase so far, with a fair price.Mark H.
Awesome bang for the buck, comfortable from the start, no break in time, it’s cold out and my feet are warm, very unusual for me,had them for a little over a month, bought a second pair before they go away there very light in weight love them 👍🏼
These are the BEST boots I have ever bought. They fit and feel like wearing tennis shoes and they feel like they were already broke in! If you are looking for a GREAT boot you have found them, I promise you, you will not find a better boot anywhere for the money. They are 100% WATERPROOF, I am around water all the time and my feet have never got wet or even damp!
15 years as a combat soldier these boots are just as comfortable as the ones I was issued. First time I wore them I did a 2 mile hike with 48 pounds of gear feet felt great. Even though it was 80 degrees my feet sweat some but not bad I was also wearing wools socks. I'm preparing for an elk hunt for the colder months. I didn't test the waterproof yet but the tongue is sewn in like my combat boots are.
These boots are killer for the price. I can easily see these with a more conventional name going for twice the price. Feet started to get cold at -5 working in snow which is good for a lightweight boot like this. The outsole remains flexible at low temps. Held together well so far. Comfortable.
