Very easy slip on

This is a purchased item that I also paired with a set of Vine Item insoles. The supplied insole was adequate although it did not have much arch support. My feet felt like they were walking mostly on a hard surface without shoes. The insoles provided not only additional arch support, but increased comfort level also. According to the manufactures sizing charts, it said I should wear a size Eur 40 when other shoes I have purchased with European sizing were 42's. I think a 42 would have been more comfortable in ball of my foot area as I need a little wider than the 40's provided on one foot. The additional insoles exacerbated the issue a little as I'm not having to wear them in a little in order to loosen the one shoe up. Otherwise, the foot size was perfectly suited for a slip-on shoe as the shoe does not ride up on the heel.Overall, this is a comfortable shoe for when you need to slip it on and off several times a day without having to bend down.

Great as indoor shoes that can be worn outside if you need to. Feel like slippers though.

These seem well made. They're comfortable, slide on easily, and work great as indoor shoes, which is what I bought them for. I wanted something that would be comfortable indoors, but I could wear out to the driveway or whatever if need be. I've never worn them out 'n about and probably wouldn't buy them for that purpose because they feel and look a bit like slippers to me.

Affordable Quality

I love these shoes. I’ve been on the search for affordable barefoot shoes that function well for a while now. I’ve come across various types, the lace up, the slip on, the elastic, etc. the issue I often came across with the lace ups is that, in order for the shoe to fit well and not slide around, the laces would hurt the top of my feet sometimes make that area go numb. The issue I’ve come across with elastic is that the elastic would loosen, shred, or just stop being elastic, plus the bit of elastic is just annoying. The issue with some slip ons is that they tend not to grip your foot very well when moving around. And finally, ones that are “really good” are way too expensive. What is love about THESE slip ons is that they slip on with ease because of the high/fluted heal tongue. They also fit very comfortably with a sizable toe box, yet they don’t allow your foot to move around too much inside the shoe. And the best part, the a that they don’t cause the tops of my feet to hurt and go numb. Oh, and they’re AFFORDABLE. Would buy them again.Added bonus: they’re quite grippy.

Best shoe ever ..

This product is by far the best value I have gotten out of a shoe. I work from home in an office shed so I am going in and out of the house several times a day. This shoe takes constant abuse from removing every time I’m in and out. So far the wear and tear has been minimal. Comfort is out of this world. Fits great even with wide feet. First week or so I had an adjustment period to minimal shoe, after my feet hardened, it was much better.Going to be buying more. I used to use Merrill slip ons and those wouldn’t even last the year.

Perfect slip on for indoors

Everything seems just right. The toe box is as wide as I hoped. Zero drop heel-to-toe. If you're like me and these things are important to you these shoes deliver.I wanted them as inside shoes. You can slip them on without bending over. It has stiffer than normal construction behind the heel and it sort of opens backwards to allow an easier transition into the shoe. The materials seem really nice. I just got them so I can't speak to durability, but they look pretty classy, maybe even better than the pictures do them justice. The mesh of the entire shoe is quite breathable.Barefoot works, but I think the material might be a little rough for long term wear. So it's not really a slipper. My grip6 socks feel perfect in them.I might buy an extra pair or two to throw in the closet because I think they're perfect.

Says Wide, But It's Not Wide Enough

I got these because they're the only barefoot shoes that use the hands-free slip-in technology that Sketchers is known for. I have been looking desperately for a barefoot shoe that can do that, and also accommodate my large shoe size.My problem is that the width states that the toe box is wide. Which it is. But it's not nearly wide enough for a barefoot shoe. In the description, it doesn't give the width of the shoe, other than a misleading illustration claiming it's wider than wide shoes. That's untrue. It's no wider than regular wide men's shoes with 2E width. I need at least a 4E width, which is extra wide width. My shoe size fluctuates because of width. My true shoe size is 13EEEE.Because of the width issues, in most shoe brands I end up wearing a 15 or even a 16 just to accommodate for the width. But then that leaves a ton of extra space lengthwise. Because my feet are not long enough to fill size 15 or 16 shoes. So there's several inches of space at the toe area, to accommodate the width. But that leaves a lot of extra room lengthwise. Which at that point, you're wearing clown shoes. So I ordered 13 wide. And they were still tight. So these shoes do go up to 13.5 wide. Which would probably get me close to the width I need. But then we'll end up in that clown shoe predicament again. What really annoys me, is that nowhere in the listing does it say the width or give measurements. Just a very misleading illustration sayingits wider than other shoes. And these are 2E max. Which is standard issue wide. But that's not wide enough. Shame because I really needed a hands free barefoot shoe. But one that is actually wide to accommodate my shoe size. Waste of money.

No better than slippers.

Comfortable - Kinda. Breathable - Yes. Lightweight - Yes. Cross-Trainer - No. Trail Running - No. Walking Shoes - Maybe. These fit more like slippers, not true shoes. They also fit large, so they are sure to slip off if used as anything other than house shoes. Easy to slip into, so for me, they are nothing more than expensive slippers.
