Very comfortable, run true to size.
This is a really nice pair of work boots. It's the third pair I've been given the opportunity to try out by Kexin. Just like my others, these run very true to size, and I would say on the wide side. They fit me like a glove straight out of the box and I expect them to only get better as they break in.My favorite part is the rubber cap on the edge of the toe. Not only does this further add to the style of these boots, but it also protects the most vulnerable part and prevents them from becoming marred or damaged. These are oil / slip resistant, making them ideal in tough industrial workplaces. The ESD certification means you don't have to worry about damaging sensitive electronic components (like circuit boards) with static electricity. This is a big plus if you work in a lab or inspection environment.While these are described as being made of "Crazy Horse Leather," it doesn't mean they're made out of horse hide. It's just a term to describe oil treated, full grain leather. This is a very durable form of waterproof leather that should hold up very well in extreme situations. The last thing I'll mention is the aluminum safety toe. This provides the same protection of a steel toe at a fraction of the weight. I can honestly say from experience that a lighter pair of boots makes a HUGE difference if you do a lot of walking over the course of your shift. You'll feel a lot less fatigue, especially in your hips and lower back.Overall, I'm very impressed with this pair of boots. I've paid more than double the asking price in the past for uncomfortable boots that have no style. These are super comfortable, stylish, funcional, versitile, and affordable. No negatives to mention, these are everything a great pair of work boots should be. Solid 5 stars!
