My shoe size is 10.5 and i ordered size 11-12 and they FIT PERFECT - so i can NOT imagine how anyone would say the shoe is BIGGER than expected .. but the REAL leather upper is NICE ... and the firm but soift rubber sole gives good shock absorption for tired old feet like mine.
