These are really nice! They look good with almost any outfit, and dress up even the most basic work outfit. i do wish there were E sizes, but those are hard to find in most men's shoes anyway. These come padded and soft-wrapped in a nice sturdy shoebox. Pleased with the cost vs quality ratio and glad to have in the closet shoe collection! These are reached for often already!
My old pair of black loafers finally gave up the ghost. Since I no longer need to wear dress shoes for work (work from home, yay!) I didn't want to spend a lot on a pair of shoes I'll only need a few times a year.That's why I was happy to find these slip on loafers. I ordered 10.5 US size. I usually go between 10.5 to 11 depending on the brand, but these fit true to size for me.I do find the style to be quite sharp. They have a classic look and have the cool double buckle. They slip on and off easily, and work with both dress clothes or more casual wear.They are reasonably comfortable, as least as much as any other dress shoe. But if you need a more padded dress shoe, you may want to consider buying a larger size and putting in a memory foam insole.It's made from some type of synthetic leather. It does look very nice and has a glossy finish to it, but time will tell how well they hold up, and how long they'll keep their shine.My only real point of criticism is that they have a pretty narrow toe bed. I haven't worn them for extended amounts of time, but I wonder if there might be some rubbing if I did.But all in all it's a nice pair of shoes for the money.
I will be honest when I saw the box for these shoes I thought they would be cheap. When I took the shoe out the insole was loose and could be taken out. I was very skeptical that my husband would like them. He tried them on and he loves them! He said they are comfortable and offer support. He received many compliments when he wore them. He asked me to get the black pair. I say go for it if you like this style.

Many double monks include elastic inserts or a well-designed strap mechanism that allows easier on/off, so even though there are buckles, you can slip them on relatively comfortably. That convenience is appreciated for daily business wear. Lower-cost versions may use synthetic or PU leather instead of genuine leather, for cheaper linings and simpler soles, among other cost-saving measures. Older pairs or budget versions might have weaker stitching or less durable buckles. So, the “look” can sometimes outpace the quality. The bottom sole stops midway, allowing the arch to fall. Makes it uncomfortable while walking.
These are beautiful shows with a very nice quality look and feel to them. Note that if you are used to earing a medium width shoe though, these may not be for you. They are narrow (and tight) and I struggle a bit to easily slide into them as I normally would my loafers. Still, very nice shoes that I'm happy to "squeeze" into.
I like the rich, light brown color and aesthetically pleasing design. But the shoe has a long, narrow profile, and side strap buckles that could be problematic for men with wider feet. For reference, I wear size 9 D (M) athletic shoes, and have slightly narrow feet so I ordered the size 9. These shoes feel snug around the width of the upper, and oddly long in the toe box. I needed to tighten the straps to the last hole in order to keep my foot from sliding forward while walking. I think they're ok for general office wear, but they start to feel uncomfortable after prolonged walking or standing. Something to be aware of before ordering these loafers.
