A lot of the reviews said size too small and suggest ordering one size up. DON'T. I ordered one size up and it's way too large. The regular size would be fine. It's a great pair of rain boots, not stiff and 100% water proof.
I have an 8 1/2 Wide foot and the 43 fits well. They go on and off pretty easy and there is enough room for a heavy sock. I bought these to have handy in the camper or at the back door and although I haven’t had to test them yet I’m pretty confident they will do the trick.
Pros: lightweight, seems waterproof so far.Update: Outside wearing them the right foot is leaking. Toes are wet. boo. Returning.Cons: I ordered a man's 9 which says European 43. I normally wears a Euro 40 but wanted more room to add fleece insole and wear thick socks in cold weather if needed. I also wanted a boot lose enough to just step in and out of hands free. I use the boots for gardening, walking my dogs primarily.They fit like a women's 9. I can wear socks with them but not as large as I would have thought since it says 43 on sole bottom. Sole is thin, these are not for use on any construction as I could see them being able to be penetrated on the bottom by sharp objects.I can't step in and out easily but they fit okay.Keeping them as I have tried 7 different rain boots from sellers and like the 3 Bear story, either too tight, too small or too large. These at least fit my foot and calf area okay and have no chemical smell.
These are nice rain boots for men or women. They seem to run true to size based on the size chart. These cover the ankles well and keep the feet dry. These are also good to wear in the snow if you order a larger size and double up with insulated socks. The sole is thick with non-slip tread, and the price is reasonable for the quality. My teenage son is happy with these.
I work as a dish washer and these boots have saved my feet! I love them, plus they are stylish!!
First of all...let me say that I absolutely Love these boots for what they do and how they look. The only critique is that the size was a slight bit larger than I expected. When I wear them without socks in my garden when it rains my foot slips easily out. I have to use socks on wet days so my foot stays in. Otherwise, keeps the rain and water out when I'm getting down and dirty.Pros:-look good-does it job very well keeping water out and good tractionCons:-the area around the leg is a little too big (or my ankle/calves might be malnourished)-sizing was slightly larger than I expected and I had to wear socks on rainy days
Like the last pair that I got (from a different Amazon vendor), these boots are too small. I wear a Euro size 42 or 43, and these were ordered as Size 9 (which is usually close to 42), but they came with a sticker saying "43", so I thought they would be OK, but no - they are really short. (I have since seen elsewhere on the Amazon site a notice saying "these are Asian sizes, and may be 1-2 sizes smaller", which might be what is going on).And then there was the stink! The rubber or vinyl or whatever they are made of was outgassing a really disgusting odor (like the last pair mentioned above - and they stank for 6 months).Amazon was great about the return, and taking them to Whole Foods was quick and simple.
