These recovery slides have been a lifesaver after workouts and long days on my feet. I have been having concerns with pain in my heels within the last several weeks. I bought these to help recover as I do workout frequently. I was worried about the price and fit but was surprised that size was true given their guidance. I wear an 11 1/2 in my workout shoe but got a size 11 and its literally a perfect fit. It is farily comfortable and after 3-4 days my heels were not hurting anymore. Only downside is that if you wear them too much without socks the top portion rubs against the top of your foot so you need to be careful to either wear socks (for the long wearing times) or just use them with bare beet but without long term wearing.
My husband was very pleased with these. He mentioned they are comfortable and help him with the pain. I would recommend this item

The best. I have a major problems walking around, I can only stand so long. Since I purchased these slippers, I wear them everywhere. I wear them all day around the house, shoot even to Walmart . lol I will be ordering more of them for gifts for family members. The best pair of Sandals I have ever owned. The size is perfect too.
